Summary
The SPECTIME external package provides a spectral exposure time
calculation engine, SPTIME, that is driven by database files
describing
the various components of a spectroscopic system. SPTIME can be
used
directly or with different user interfaces for specific
spectrographs.
These include IRAF scripts and a web interface.
