The main active cooling is provided by 2 Evaporative coolers. The lower level is
served by a new (2006) MasterCool unit, and the upper level by a second unit.
The Heat Pump also provides air-conditioning service for the few times of the year
(monsoon season) when the Evap's are ineffective.
There are a total of 9 ceiling fans distributed throughout the house.
The workshop is equipped with it's own air conditioner.
Two outdoor areas , the pool deck and the Ramada are equipped with misting systems.
